Born and raised San Antonio native, Bryan Asvestas knows this city like theback of his hand! After attending a local private school Bryan went on to attend San Antonio College. In 1998 Bryan went on to found a local non-profit organization to help families and individuals in financial distress. After 5 years as a director of the organization Bryan was elected to the position of CEO and led the organization through some of its most productive years. Bryan has extensive knowledge in some of the most complex quality control systems in use today, which has an important role in the service he can brings to his clients. Bryan believes the most important thing you have to distinguish yourself from one another, is the ability to provide service that knocks their socks off! Bryan is constantly growing in the community and attends training on a regular basis to ensure that he is providing you with the mastery skills needed to help you achieve your real estate goals. Married to his beautiful wife for almost 10 years and a father of two, Bryan loves his family and knows to treat others has he would like his family to be treated. Bryan and his family love to go camping and spend as much time outdoors as possible. They spend time at many of the local parks and area attractions getting in as much family time as he can. |

Blasting straight out of the Indiana cornfields, Josh did just as the notorious Texan bumper sticker describes "I wasn't born here, but I got here as fast as I could". Josh is truly passionate about being a Texan and a San Antonio resident, as he has created a little wake for himself in regards to his dedicated service and community involvement. Before his full time career in real estate, Josh's wealth of experience began by managing multi-million dollar properties at the young age of 20. From there, he acquired his consultant license and accreditation for financial and debt counseling where he really enhanced his natural born role as a fiduciary consultant. While servicing his multitude of clients nationwide, Josh also learned how to help give back locally to the community. He began to help out with the San Antonio homeless transition center by teaching budgeting and money management classes. His other community efforts included assisting Habitat for Humanity, assisting the build of a community playground and working with the Community Housing department. Josh is now married to his lovely wife Norma and they have two adorable little boys (8,2). Josh and his family are HUGE Spurs fans and really enjoy attending games when they can. Bowling, camping and watching movies on their in-home movie theater are also a few things they enjoy doing as a family to pass the time. In addition, they are all naturals at swimming and can usually be found around any of the three large water parks located here in San Antonio on any given weekend.
